Livo<\/strong> is committed to providing a reliable and transparent shopping experience. Eligible return requests are accepted within 14 business days (Saturday to Thursday) of receiving the product. <\/p>\n\n

You must obtain prior approval from our support team before sending any product back. Returns shipped without prior authorization will not be accepted. <\/p>\n\n

All returns must be sent through approved shipping companies. In-person returns are not accepted. <\/p>\n\n

  • The product does not work properly when the package is opened.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • You receive a product different from the one you ordered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      1. Submit a Request<\/h3>\n\n

      Contact our support team and provide your order number and reason for the return. Include photos of the product, if available.<\/p>\n\n

      2. Obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)<\/h3>\n\n

      Your request will be reviewed within 1\u20132 business days. You will then receive an RMA number and shipping instructions. <\/p>\n\n

      3. Ship the Product<\/h3>\n\n

      Pack the product carefully with all accessories and the invoice, then ship it through an approved shipping company within 3 business days of approval. <\/p>\n\n

      4. Technical Inspection<\/h3>\n\n

      Once the product is received, a comprehensive technical inspection will be performed. You will be informed of the result within 2\u20133 business days. <\/p>\n\n

      5. Refund or Replacement<\/h3>\n\n

      Once the request is approved, the refund will be processed or a replacement product will be sent within 5\u20137 business days. <\/p>\n\n

          A replacement will be arranged within 48 hours after the defect is confirmed, at no additional cost.<\/p>\n\n

          If an incorrect product is shipped, Livo will cover all shipping costs and send the correct product. <\/p>\n\n

          During the Warranty Period<\/h3>\n\n

          Replacements are handled according to the product\u2019s warranty terms.<\/p>\n\n

          If the same product is unavailable, the customer may choose a comparable alternative or receive a full refund. <\/p>\n\n
